Zagreb Holding has been established in 2007, pursuant to the Companies Act and is 100% owned by the City of Zagreb.

It consists of 16 subsidiaries performing business activities of former City companies, with a total number of 12000 employees. Zagreb Holding also owns 7 companies and one institution, with additional 1000 employees.
