The Office of the Agent of the Republic of Croatia before the European Court of Human Rights is a professional service of the Croatian Government, established by the Decree on the Office of the Croatian representative at the European Court of Human Rights. The same Regulation stipulate that the Office manages the representative appointed by the Government, at the proposal of the Prime Minister.
