The mission of the Ministry of Justice is to ensure quality functioning conditions and further building the Croatian judicial system and the preservation of its fundamental values. The Ministry of Justice established the Law on the Organisation and Scope of Ministries and other central state administration bodies (OG 150/11, 22/12, 39/13, 125/13 and 148/13).
